Meet The Map Maker
LaTasha Jax has spent more than 20 years building things: programs, businesses, systems, experiences across industries and sectors most consultants never cross. What she discovered along the way is that her process is the same regardless of what she is building or who she is building it for. She takes a concept, maps the architecture, builds the infrastructure, and hands it off running and sustainable.
That consistency is not a coincidence. It is a methodology. And it took her two decades to give it a name.
LaTasha is a Concept Architect by nature. She has always been the person in the room who could see what something needed to become before anyone else could frame it. She built That StartUp Girl in 2019 to help women start and grow their businesses and in doing so, she realized that what she was really doing was mapping concepts and building the infrastructure behind visions that deserved to be real.
That realization became Start Smart Consulting. And the methodology became The Map Maker Framework™.
Today LaTasha works with founders who are ready to stop waiting for clarity and start building with it. She brings the structure, the architecture, and the execution and she stays until her clients own it completely.
